Thank you for your interest in supporting the sacred spaces we co-create through our workshops, ceremonies, and connection-based experiences. This page is your invitation to step into deeper service — to support others while growing your own leadership, presence, and emotional awareness.
We’re currently welcoming new applicants for Temple Team, Love Angels, and Volunteer Coordinator roles.
All three positions are unpaid volunteer roles that offer free admission to events, a strong sense of community, and an intimate look behind the scenes of transformational gatherings. These positions are ideal for those who feel called to serve from the heart and who want to be part of something meaningful and soulful.
Temple Team
Sacred Logistics & Energetic IntegrityTemple Team members are responsible for creating a smooth, welcoming container for participants. They arrive early, help with setup, manage check-ins, tend to the energy of the space throughout the event, and stay late for cleanup and integration.
Ideal For
- Organized, grounded, service-minded folks
- People who love supporting structure, flow, and group coherence
Love Angels
Emotional Support & Energetic PresenceLove Angels are attuned, emotionally intelligent beings who serve as energetic anchors and compassionate companions. They hold space, provide presence, and offer comfort to participants through simple gestures like listening, eye contact, holding hands, or a consensual cuddle. They also partner during connection-based practices when needed and support the Temple Team.
Ideal For
- Heart-centered, emotionally available space holders
- People naturally gifted at nurturing, presence, and calm support
Volunteer Coordinator
Leadership, Logistics & Close CollaborationThis is a leadership role that blends Temple Team and Love Angel responsibilities with coordination and communication support. You’ll help confirm volunteers, attend Tantra Speed Date events (and others), and support the facilitator on the road and behind the scenes. In return, you’ll receive personal coaching and mentorship from Shiva J.
Ideal For
- Natural leaders who are highly organized and emotionally grounded
- Those excited to serve regularly and grow within the community
What’s Required
We are looking for volunteers who are emotionally available, community-minded, and able to be present throughout the entire event — arrival, setup, flow, and cleanup.
While we prefer that applicants have completed a deep personal growth or spiritual training (such as ISTA, HAI, Landmark, Awaken as Love, NVC, or similar), this is not required. If you feel aligned with the energy of this work, please apply — we’d love to hear from you.
We ask that all volunteers:
- Arrive early and stay late to help hold the container
- Bring a small snack to share
- Agree to confidentiality and a no-gossip policy
- Be willing to act as the “eyes and ears” for the facilitator, discreetly letting us know if a participant appears in need of extra emotional, mental, or spiritual support
