I’ve spent more than two decades working with the human body — and in that time, I’ve come to understand something most wellness modalities miss: the body doesn’t just carry fitness. It carries memory, grief, armor, and unspoken longing. That insight changed everything about how I work.
My path began in fitness. For nearly a decade as a Manager and Fitness Director, I coached over a thousand clients through physical transformation — and kept noticing that the deeper work was never really about the body composition numbers. It was about what people were holding. That observation quietly redirected the rest of my career.
I trained in massage therapy, lineage-based somatic breathwork, Kundalini Yoga, clinical hypnotherapy, NLP, and trauma-informed facilitation. I became a Certified Reiki Master and a Certified Kundalini Activation Practitioner. Each modality deepened my understanding of the same fundamental truth: lasting change happens in the body first, and the mind follows.
